Founded in 2016 by Tornike Chubinidze, Chubini Wine Cellar is a family-run, small-production winery in the village of Shilda, Kakheti. The cellar is located in the foothills of the Caucasus mountains overlooking the Alazani River. Located in the eastern part of Georgia, the wine hotspot of the country, the region’s climate provides an optimal environment for cultivating indigineous Georgian grape varieties. Chubini limits their production as they prioritize producing the finest quality wine.
Disclaimer: Chubini wines are natural and made with the best grapes from the harvest.
Grapes are carefully handpicked and come from vineyards that were planted free of artificial chemical agents.
No filtration or additives are used in the production of Chubini wines.
