Tilisma Rosé (Rkatsiteli–Saperavi–Kakhuri Mtsvane) is a qvevri-made rosé from Kakheti, blending red and white Georgian varieties for a darker, more structured rosé style. Blend of 60% Saperavi, 30% Rkatsiteli, 10% Kakhuri Mtsvane, with a profile that leans toward red-berry fruit plus a citrus edge and a subtle savory note. Low-intervention, spontaneous fermentation cuvée, with unfiltered/unfined approach. Expect a rosé that sits closer to “gastronomic” than purely delicate.
